Settings

Your profile and sign-in, people and roles, model sources, credits, usage and the daily limit.

Settings opens from the gear in the top bar, the dock or your account menu (or ⌘K). The list on its left shows only what your role can use, in three groups: Accounts & Organization, Plans & Billing and Integrations.

Your Profile

  • Personal information: your name, time zone (dates and usage follow it) and theme.
  • Password and email: a new password signs you out everywhere else; a new email is confirmed by a link sent to it before it takes over.
  • Two-step sign-in: after your password, an email link, or Google and Microsoft, you also enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password and the like). Turning it on gives you 10 recovery codes; each signs you in once if you lose your phone, and using one sends you an email. Turning it off, or making new codes, needs a current code.
  • Sign-in methods: connect Google or Microsoft to your account, or disconnect them.
  • Sessions: the browsers you're signed in on, with a button that signs out all the others.
  • Organization: switch organizations, make a new one, or (Owners) delete the current one. A deleted organization can be restored by our staff for 7 days; after that, its data and files are removed for good.
Confirming it's you

Changing your email or password, setting up two-step sign-in, adding a model key and other sensitive steps ask for your password again (and your code, with two-step sign-in on) when you last signed in more than 15 minutes ago.

People

Owners and Admins invite people by email and pick their role; an invitation works for 7 days. The list shows everyone with their role and status. An organization always keeps at least one Owner.

RoleCan
OwnerEverything, including buying credits, changing the plan, the daily AI limit and deleting the organization.
AdminEverything an Owner can do except billing changes and deleting the organization: people, model sources, shared connections, publishers.
MemberProjects and files (create, upload, process, delete), asking questions, actions under answers, their own connections, seeing who's in the organization.
ViewerLooking at projects and maps, and seeing who's in the organization. No uploads, questions or changes.

Model sources

Questions and processing need an AI model. An organization can use one source or both:

  • Platform Models run on our own model account. You pay for them in credits: 1,000 credits are one US dollar of model cost. New organizations start with 20,000 trial credits.
  • Bring your own key runs the models on your own Anthropic or OpenAI account, billed to you by that provider, with no credits used. With an OpenAI key, answers use GPT-6.1 Sol and side jobs GPT-6 Luna unless you pick others. The key is checked when you add it and again every day; it's stored encrypted and shown only by its last four characters.

Default models pick the model for answers and the faster one for side jobs (like choosing field roles), each with its source. When nothing usable is set, the app says so wherever a question or processing would start, with a way to fix it for Owners and Admins.

Credits and payments

  • The credits card shows what's available and what's been used. Owners can buy packs of 10,000, 50,000 or 200,000 credits, in US dollars or Indian rupees, when payments are switched on; otherwise Request credits reaches us.
  • Every payment gets an invoice (PDF) in the payment history; billing details (legal name, address, GSTIN or VAT number) print on them.
  • When credits fall to 20% and again to 5% of the last top-up, a banner says so and Owners get an email.
  • The plan card shows the plan and its meters: projects, storage and seats.

Plans & Billing › Usage

  • Totals for a period: credits, questions, tokens, files processed and storage, in your time zone.
  • Credits per day as a chart (with a table view), then breakdowns by model, by project and by member.
  • Export CSV gives one row per model call, with its tokens, cost and credits.
  • Daily AI limit (set by an Owner, in credits a day): once today's use reaches it, questions and processing wait until midnight UTC. It counts Platform credits, and calls on your own key at their estimated cost.

Integrations

Connections and Publishers live here. Members can add their own connections; Owners and Admins manage shared ones and publishers. How they work is in Connections and automations.
