The terms, in plain words

1. The service

Geo-CoWork stores your survey files, processes them and answers questions about them with AI models. Because it's in beta, features will change, some may be added or removed, and there may be interruptions. We'll tell you ahead of changes that take something away you rely on, when we can.

2. Accounts and organizations

• Give accurate details, keep your sign-in safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
• An organization's Owners decide who's in it and with which role, and are responsible for what its members do in it.
• You must be allowed to accept these terms for your organization, and be at least 18.

3. Your data

• Your files, questions and answers are yours. You give us permission to store, process and send them only as needed to run the service for you, including to model providers as the Privacy page describes.
• You need the right to upload what you upload, including survey data about other people's property.
• You can export your data and delete it, or your whole organization, at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Geo-CoWork to:

• break the law, or store content you have no right to;
• upload malware, or attack, overload or probe the service, other than reporting a vulnerability as the Security page asks;
• try to reach another organization's data, or get around limits, credits or the gate in front of AI features;
• resell or give access to the service outside your organization without our agreement;
• ask for what the model provider's usage policy forbids (with your own key, your provider's policy applies).

We may suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

5. AI answers

Answers are computed from your data, and every step is shown so you can check it. They can still be wrong: the data may be incomplete, a question can be misread, and models make mistakes. Check answers before you rely on them for decisions about safety, money or the law; those decisions stay yours.

6. Credits and payments

• Platform Models are paid for with credits; the price of a pack is shown before you pay, and you get an invoice.
• Credits are used up by the model calls your organization makes, as shown with each answer and on the Usage page.
• Payments are final unless we agree otherwise or the law says so. If we close the service, we refund credits that were bought and not used.
• With your own model key, the provider bills you directly; we don't charge credits for those calls.

7. Services you connect

Slack, your S3 storage, webhooks and your own model keys are run by others under their own terms. We send them what you or your automations ask us to, and aren't responsible for what they do with it.

8. Ending

You can stop using Geo-CoWork whenever you like, and an Owner can delete the organization. We may end or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if we close the beta, with notice when we can, so you have time to export your data. After an organization is deleted, its data is removed as the Privacy page describes.

9. Liability

During the beta the service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what your organization paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

10. Changes

When we change these terms, the date at the top changes. For changes that matter, we email the Owners of each organization at least 14 days before they apply. Using the service after that means you accept them.
