03Questions
Asked before buying.
- What do credits pay for?
- Model calls on Platform Models: answering questions and reading new files. 1,000 credits are one US dollar of model cost, every answer shows what it used, and new organizations start with 20,000.
- Can we use our own model key?
- Yes. Add an Anthropic or OpenAI key in Settings and questions and processing run on your own account, billed by that provider, with no credits used. An organization can use its key, Platform Models, or both.
- What files can we bring?
- GeoTIFF orthomosaics, including multispectral and thermal, plus GeoJSON and zipped shapefiles, up to 50 GB a file. A large upload picks up where it stopped if the connection drops.
- Is our data used to train AI?
- No. Your files stay inside your organization and we don't train models on them. Platform Models use Anthropic's business API, which doesn't train on what it receives.
- Can we cap what AI costs in a day?
- Yes. An Owner can set a daily AI limit in credits. Once it's reached, new questions and processing wait until midnight UTC, and the limit counts calls on your own key too.
- Can it run inside our own network?
- That's on the Enterprise roadmap: an install on your infrastructure with local models and offline basemaps. If you need it, say so in your quote request.
